Capabilities include coping, edge metal, trim, gutters, downspouts, and specialty architectural elements. This post ribbon cutting support reinforces accountability beyond project closeout. It allows Greenwood to verify performance as the building begins to experience weather and use, respond to issues that may arise, and provide owners with early insight into system condition.
After the complimentary Greenwood Performance Advantage™ service period, owners may choose to continue structured oversight through preventative maintenance programs. GPA 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 facilitated by Greenwood’s Service Division that provide tiered levels of inspections, reporting, routine maintenance, and responsive service to support ongoing roof performance and long-term planning.
